Description

Lintong Coffee is one of the best coffees originating from the North Sumatra region, the name Lintong itself is taken from the name of a place in the North Sumatra area. Lintong coffee has a distinctive taste, has good thickness and balanced acidity and has a taste of chocolate and spices – crumbs. Lintong arabica coffee or commonly just called lintong coffee is one of three world-famous arabica coffee brands grown on the island of Sumatra. Lintong coffee has become a prima donna for coffee connoisseurs around the world. Around 1988 a superior local variety was found from Parangnan District, namely the Arabica coffee variety which is often called Sigarar Utang. It was first discovered in Batu Gajah Hamlet, Parangnan Utara Village, Lintong Nihuta District, which is an endemic Arabica coffee variety from North Sumatra.
